How many times things like this have been heard or are heard, and in so many situations? Different situations but the same illogical logic that is worth nothing by the way.
And then many people get surprised when things happen. Because some people think that the waters and mud will never reach their door or their feet...
This is the illogical logic of so many. They want rewards and gratifications but not responsibilities and accountability for their actions and behavior. And does not matter boss or worker or whatever.
Is not like that. Society is not life. Repression and lies does not change the matter.
