As a Cantabrian patriot said once"We, the Cantabrian People, the Natives of the Cantabrian Nation have been cheated many times". The developments and present-day reality of Cantabria this day can be a source where to take some lessons for other Native Nations. Sad lessons that other Nations and People can, and should learn from.

Practically no-one knows Cantabria. Funny enough. Is one of the oldest Nations in this world probably. For sure the oldest one in the so-call Spanish State, including the basque and catalan regions, pillar and founding members, with the castilian regions of the entity call Spain. Spain, the Spanish state, maybe for surprise of many is not more than 200 years-old. The famous peoples of spanish state, are regions that have mutate and expand since Roman times when they latin empire arrive to the south west of the Continent of, what is call now, Europe.
The Cantabrian Nation was already a formed and old nation by that time. All the requirements to be define a Nation of course were there. A Native Nation, the Cantabrian, no better but for sure no worse that no-one. A Native Nation like many others that make the World, the human cosmos, an interesting and beautiful thing. Something of the dislike of many. And that many have been working long time and hard to destroy
Even this days, after the direct genocide of the years 1937-70 during the peak of fascist terror, after the occupation, and from then till now a soft one...the Cantabrian Nation have all to be define that! Despite all the sellers of the nation, all the fake independentists and cultural gurus, despite all the traitors, despite all the settlers, despite the sea of chemical drugs that is in top of the people for decades now, despite taking out industry, fisheries,farming and other traditional economic activities, despite all the destruction and erasing of cultural heritage, folklore, architecture,ways of life...and the manipulation and plasticization of the remains (again, "thanks" to so many "cool" and very"cantabrian" cultural agents, old and young by the way)!
But here the lessons is this. This very recent times, some decades, in many, many places with the Cantabrian Nation traditional ways were pretty much alive. Remote villages, but in many areas within the cities. Old or better to say traditional and natural customs, ways, in the context of the present-day society of course. Many thing were not yet forgotten. It didn't seem they were going to be. This days so many don't remember what them were. As sad as that.
No not many remote areas anymore. Highways, roads, and all kinds, sold to the Cantabrian People as the way to progress, as a mean to get jobs back (said by the same that took the jobs in the first place because the Cantabrian Nation always has been virtually self-sufficient), for their well-being and so. As reality shows the only way has been the way out to emigration, for the Cantabrian Natives. Not only that. Tourist can go everywhere, police and other agents can go everywhere, and meanwhile the Cantabrian Natives were in the route to emigrate spanish settlers were coming in. Now many more and to stay because that remotes areas were not longer remote.
In one way, the point here is that a once proud, self-sufficient, independent and freedom loving Nation with her people in the past decades can be alienate of all that, can be made to be passive witness of the destruction of the Land, of morals and principals that were normal and the common among the Native People. Like Palestine, in some parts of the Nation, mainly in areas of cities the Native and some touristic regions, are now a minority. And a not very much respect minority have to be said. First of all by the spanish state that has, from left and right facilitate all this .
The dismantling of the Nation has been a sad reality, and still is with the very few things, more less Cantabrians that are still left.
And the Kitsonian tactics that the Irish Republicans now well, are widely applied here. Many "so-call" Cantabrian activists helping in this process. Helping in manipulating the People. helping to plasticize everything. What to say of the openly pro-spanish cantabrian leftist (and rightist of course , but they have a more difficult job )?...of course very much help by the left spanish settlers.
Talking and thinking of everything except the Nation, the national rights, Freedom, regaining Independence to built the Cantabrians for the Cantabrian (as was always since some decades ago) and be as happy as possible. They have take the fighting spirit away, and now people more or less proud of being Cantabrian, that of course still are a lot, or majority withinh the Natives...stay ways of politics (and no one can blame them after all the shit and betrayals) and mind their own business.
And in the process of killing-dismantling the Cantabrian Nation, they use and abuse them.
The famous basques, catalans, the spanish anarchistsand communist are all very willing to use some of the pages that the Cantabrians themselves wrote. Like some of the custom. They go to Cantabria to see and copy. Then they use them as theirs, and the benefit, destroying the source by the way. Of course, with this good and cool people nothing having solidarity with the Cantabrian antion (they have not expand in History, unlike her neighbors, they have not invade no-one unlike the rest) of denouncing the Imperialism against Cantabria. Actually helping it, therefore working against Cantabria. Of course many will claim to like her. But deeds talk more than words.
They will say, catalan or basque nationalism is OK but not the Cantabrian (even that they are older that both combine). and as said, they use many of the thing the Cantabrian did.

All the Media machine, all the social engineering, all the TV programming, all the Social-Media and Net programming...in top of the all tools of the System though the decades and some even centuries...should not be underestimate. The effects and power of them to change individual minds and with that the collective mind should not, can't be underestimated. Because some errors can be fatal, or if we wish very, very bad and dear. And the consequences of that, apart of being long term, are really not good.
The vote of Yes, how the Yes campaign operated, is a example of how things can be and will be for the Irish People. Ireland, unlike other Nations, is in a better positions to start realizing things, and trying to stop thing. From a National point of view, from a pride point of view, of course from a social point of view. From a natural point of view.

About the first one, what to say, the narrator is south american, and that's
not a problem as the cantabrian send this put it, but it seems that back in the
day there was no native, men or women, that could put a voice to the events
that happened in the Cantabrian Nation?.
The answer is clear says: at that days the leadership of the alternative left
and more important of the trade unionism, the ones that made the video, like
today was fully anti cantabrian nationalism. And very pro south america. They
could afford to put a south american fella (so cool) but not anything of

After decades of eroding the Native People of the Nation, through general

made this spirit and popular resistance to be really forgotten and this

fake cantabrian nationalists, that not surprisingly, are like chorus, all
together singing the new eras songs, saying that the old days were not good
like the present ones (it seems for them they are good or not so bad), that
been a cantabrian patriot is unfashionable, and above all:
in the XXI century don't think (properly and to all effects) in your nation,
your people, and your land... the world now is global they say (how it was
before?), people have to progress and develop they say, to improve even
sometimes can be heard... and you have to think of LGTB, feminism, fake
environmentalism... and the 3 or 4 national causes (sic) that are Ok to be in
solidarity with. And everything cool then. Funny enough they will be radical
and fast to purge or attack with black propaganda an so, the ones that don't
follow this. All without proper and open debates to let the people listen to
every idea, every actor and their plans, to every proposal. The fake left is
very totalitarian. And they are anti-stalinist by the way. And for sure
anti-patriotic. They are cool.
