Criticizing openly the blog "an sionnach fionn" and the likes

McT N is going to openly criticize this blog:  ansionnachfionn (ASF) .Mc T n thinks is time to do so.

And is only a political thing here, we don’t know the individual or individuals that are behind, and we don’t want to.

Strictly ideological business here,  then if ASF what to reply and engage ideologically more than welcome...

Anyone that had followed for long this blog has been able to see how they treat “dissident” Irish Republican in all its forms.  Not only for a few months, but for a long time, for years.  Because in Internet, like in life there is a lot of opportunism and opportunists.  This blog describe itself like Republican. Yes, this is days, like with calling oneself communism or ML, the definition, or the people that fell inside the category is so wide that lose the meaning, or even worse. Some people that had little to do, want to be seen as that, why?

This blog have probably the worst kind of criticism. Not because it criticizes Irish Republicanism, that it is entitle to of course. As anyone can criticize anyone (as we can and we are doing so with that blog)  and almost anything.

McT N is of the thought that if criticism comes from friendly quarters or wish to be constructive then should follow some few basic lines like to be quite fair, have some basis, be argued properly  and thinks like that. Is our opinion anyway. McT N thinks that if someone starts from here he or she can even be hard. Sometimes hard criticism is needed.  By all, including McT of course. Just to point that when McT N says that anyone can criticize anyone McT N includes itself. But then when you criticize you can be answered: that’s call dialectics. Anyways this is the definition that is in McT N book. We continue now...

Why is the worst kind as were saying? Because it puts itself in a position that seems really leftist and even republican. Speaks up down. They are in the top, ideologically. So they think. The way they talk is the way of talking of the people that believe to be above the rest, and many leftist (in word, no so in deed and reality) had that problem...

So  much so that, in McT N opinion,  they had in countless times become disrespectful. Because you can criticize, but that blog had do so pouring really a scorny and disrespectful way of talking.  Not only with Republican Sinn Fein, always adding that they are small, this and that. Go and read it, McT N does not wish to think about it. But more recently talking about Saoradh and the comments about the logo, own they mix so many things and the like.

McT N had always thinks one thing: with people so intelligent and so “the best”, and they are a few already, how is possible that the general situation is as bad as it is?

But the main point is how critical of armed resistance this blog is. And for years. Here is in the same boat than the Pensive Quill. Or even worse. Always with scorn, always diminishing. If news or articles about Irish Resistance appears, or the boast capabilities or talk about them, because us, we, people, are stupid, the blog finds always a great deal of space and time to give a realpolitik (as for sure thy love to think they are doing) views: they don't have this, they can't do that, they are limited here and there... As the says goes, with friends like that you don't need enemies.

But they have a great deal of scorn for the Irish Republican Resistance. Always saying that they miss a lot, that nothing compare with the past, that they don’t achieve nothing, that their actions are futile, that times have changed. We all know that speech the “they are living in the past, they are mislead and are wrong”.  This is the thinking, more open sometimes that others, of this blog.

The funny part comes when despite this blog and all the people like them, they occur Resistance actions. It has no problems in using images of Irish Resistance fighters of actions to make nice posts in the blog.  Or when there is an action that lead to damage in brits vehicles. Ready to use the images as if all the scorn and criticism that it has to the Resistance does not exist.

Like the case when there is civil resistance in any part of Ireland. The last occasion in Derry, during the Easter Parade this year.  That blog, like many others, is in a very contradictory position. It criticize the rational, the logic, the people, the organizations and the ideals of Irish Resistance but loves the imaginary of it, the landrovers in flame, the armoured vehicles damaged and so. They talk and put the images quick...forgetting all what was said till then. But  when another period of call comes, again, back to normal. And normal is that they oppose real and active Irish Resistance in any form, political, civil or military.

This is a highly bad political and ideological way. To put it soft. Words like hypocrisy and cynicism suits here.

And here we have to remember that are many types of agents working for the system. Many paid political agents will have the same way of acting and talking that this blog. Not saying is the case. Some are non-paid agents,  some are conscious agents, other are unconscious ones...

Criticizing, whatever they try to portrait themselves for time to time, Irish Republican political activity and civil and military Resistance, when episodes of it arouse, despite all the people and organizations like this blog and the likes, they jump to the enjoyment of the moment, to use the images as had been said before. Too cynic manners.

This ways is very similar to other in others parts of the world. Let pput a good a clear example, without going into the Libyan issue:  when the Syrian Republic more needed the support many of the left did remain silent. Till the tide change and the Syrian Republic and its SAA start regaining the overall control,  making clear that from the knowledge that the fight is far from over, the Syrian Republic won’t fall.  Then, now, is when we see all that so-call leftist and communist jumping to the boat of solidarity with the Syrian Republic. And this people  are of the same type of ASF blog. The  particular thing with ASF blog is that is Irish and try to portrait itself as “republican” or “republican friendly”. If that’s the case we will assume that the Provos are the true Republican Party, the PSNI are the police of the people, the SP and SWP are the real socialist, and the Gorbachev war the last real communist!

To end this critic will only direct the people to the quotes of Thomas Clarke Luby about aspirationists. They suit perfectly to the likes of ASF, the Pensive Quill and many others...
