The rebel hour 2: politics as hobby

It has to be mention that there a lot of clever people out there that has politics as a hobby. Of every color, origin and class. Mostly they will be in left-side of the political sphere. Mainly but not only.
A lot of people that can express themselves brilliantly, develop good arguments, be very critical, use nice slogans, be a good debater of course.

Even, going further, he or she can attend one or two protests even.

But unfortunately there are many, so many cases, and everywhere, that people with all this characteristics ... take politics as a hobby, as a kind of game. In short, some people like soccer, other politics. Seems strange, but there are much more cases that we think and for sure see.

Some people are technically speaking clever, they have kind of bright brains Then, as the upper class and upper middle class youngsters the other post talks about, they have kind of intellectual inquietude. Sometimes mix with anxiety and other internal things. And in other occasions is just general anxiety that found the escape in politics. Then, into the equation comes the character of the individual.

Many of this people, will regard themselves as the better of the best, the more lucid of the clever, the more wise. But then, as a hobby is a hobby, when some situations, occasions and debates appear...they will show that. But of course, not because the real fact. That politics is a hobby, a game. That they like other things better, or  just that they don't want and won't sacrifice most of the thing they have or do for politics. And as this people, as said, are intelligent, clever and so, but in 99,9% with a proper lack of self-criticism...they will find the best excuses to defend their position if a little criticism reach them. Maybe you will feel guilty yourself or excuse even.. 

This people can be dangerous because usually they are very irresponsible. As with the fact of lack of self-criticism, they will be, even clever, kind of insane, and as the don't value properly things they will go, talk and do depending of their whim.

They don't care about the context, about the historical process, the needs and other things. Their cleverness is above that. And if their whim is saying or doing something they will do it, without caring. If something has to be done, or said, but they are not in the mood or similar...they won't do it. 

And, history has proven and proves, that many of this people can lead to bad situation, or lead other people to bad situation.
