Illegal and or immoral. Some "not the same" examples

Usury is legal, but is legal.

Exploitation and really disgusting practices in, for example, the housing and renting sectors (this including companies and individuals) are legal.

Repression is legal.

The illegal things are a "crime". If you try to cheat a bank or and insurance company (the poor!) in anyway is highly illegal.

Selling fake brand clothes as well. Or faking the brand in general. Or stealing a car. Or selling drugs. Or selling smuggled things: tobacco, spirits and so.

But then, and we have to realize that, is not the same.

Is not the same selling cannabis than cocaine (the impact to your community and individuals to begin with).

Is not the same stealing a car to a real working fella or even medium class fella, that to steal the car of and upper class individual.

Is not the same to rob a bank that going to a house of an elderly person and attack and rob them, more if they are not from upper classes.

And they are so many things.

Been against real and truly anti-social (like the fans of the gangsta shit) and criminal behavior  is one thing. 

But not analyzing and thinking critically in every matter like the things said before is other. Some people will politically have a lot of criticism, but at the end of the day they will nearly defend almost completely the legality in all orders (because if you do it in the social and economical sphere, why not in the political?) of this capitalists and imperialist system. Thats why in McT we say what we say sometimes. In many places people non-native will criticize the political status quo, but they will be more than happy and do accept the economical and social one,  harming in the way the interests of many oppressed nations and their peoples. Or people that will fight for "sexual rights" but in the economical sphere they will be pillars of the capitalist system. All this have to be taken into account.

Because, as said, and general speaking (in any nation of this world but mainly in the so-call west) some people will criticize and even fight against the political status quo. And other we fight against the political..and the social, economical and even ideological status quo of this disgusting system.
